1. Ministromy Soup (意大利什菜汤)
Mixed vegetable (celery, onion, carrot, potato, tomato, garlic chopped, bacon, Vegetable sauce (V8 sauce), tomato paste.
Fried the bacon, put in garlic chopped, tomato paste, fried mixed vegetable, add in chicken soup, Oregano, boil and put in V8 Sauces, cook for 15 minutes.
意大利什锦汤:
 成分:芹菜,洋葱,胡萝卜,马铃薯,番茄,碎蒜,熏猪肉,蔬菜酱,番茄酱。
方法:先熏猪肉油炸了,放如碎蒜和以上的蔬菜还有番茄酱,家如鸡汤,牛至,煮沸了以后家点V8番茄酱,烹饪15分钟.
 
2. The fruit salad
 Igredients:The small tomato in material --60 grams, the apple plum --65 grams , the grape of California --30 grams o, the fresh the peach of cherry --20 grams , strawberry --15 grams ,sour milk-- 50 milliliters;

水果沙拉

3.香甜木瓜沙拉船
材料:  木瓜---半个   生菜---50克    小黄瓜---半根    苹果---半个
调味料: 蛋黄酱----适量    原味酸乳-----半瓶
做法: 1.木瓜洗净檫干后剖开去籽,不削皮,将木瓜果肉用挖球器挖成球型,外壳留下备用。
        2. 生菜剥下叶片洗净,甩开水分后切成丝,小黄瓜洗净,切成片,苹果洗尽,去皮及核后切成丁备用。
        3. 将生菜丝放入木瓜核内铺底,先淋上蛋黄酱,再放入木瓜球,小黄瓜片与苹果丁,最后淋上酸乳即可。
Sweet papaya salad ship
Material:Papaya—half Fresh vegetable--50 grams  Cucumber- half root
Apple- half

 材料: 意大利车论面—100克  三色蔬菜---100克  生菜---200克  芒果---1个  蛋黄酱—56克  鱿鱼罐头---1罐
 做法:1. 意大利面煮熟以后,放冰水中降温,老出凉干备用。
         2. 生菜切丝,泡冰水10分钟后沥干,铺在盘中,芒果去皮切丁。
         3. 将意大利面与鱿鱼,芒果丁,蛋黄酱,三色蔬菜混合拌匀,放在生菜上即可

做法:1牛肉切成块,汆烫后洗净备用。
        2番茄,胡萝卜,土豆切成小块,洋葱切成小片备用。
        3 把牛肉块放在锅一 ,加上水,用中火煮沸后再煮八分钟,捞出。
        4 另去一锅,放入所有材料,用小火熬煮约1.5小时至全部材料熟软,加调味料即可

      3. 吐司烤至表面呈金黄色,切成块备用。
      4. 放入烤箱预热5分钟,将汤盛入容器中,加入吐司块,再放上奶酪片,放入烤箱烤至5分钟至奶酪融化即可。
